Rameswaram (TN) Nov 24 (PTI) Five fishermen from Sri Lanka were arrested today by the Indian Coast Guard when they reportedly crossed the International Maritime Boundary Line (IMBL) in the Gulf of Mannar.
Officials said that Coast Guard personnel were patrolling when they noticed the Lankan boat fishing in the area, following which the fishermen were arrested.
They were later handed over to officials of the fisheries department along with their boat and catch.
